Use Wattson Blue to learn to train and rest smart and improve your physical and mental well-being.
How does it work?
There are two aspects to Wattson Blue:
1. Daily metrics and Heart Rate Variability (HRV)
You start every morning by answering a few questions about your sleep and state of well-being, and recording your HRV using the camera on your phone. These questions, developed alongside elite athletes, can help you make long-term improvements and avoid burnout and injuries.
2. Record and monitor your training
Sync your activities from Strava and receive feedback about your training.
Train with a heart rate monitor (HRM)/Power meter whenever you can to get the most benefits.
And that's it!
We will then analyse your data to give you recommendations on how you might improve by making slight changes to your life and training.
And remember, it's a process
Learning to train and rest smart does not happen overnight. Commit for a few weeks. You spend hours training every week, spending a few minutes a day interacting with Wattson Blue could make those training hours more beneficial.
A note on privacy
Your privacy is very important to us. If you are member of a squad, and you would like to use the app to help you with your training but you rather not share the data with the coaches you can change the privacy settings within the app at any time.
